This zone's characteristic is like this. First, there are some strength. This place is neighboring region of the center of the city. Natural environment (mountains, rivers 낙동강, 감천) is favorable region. Second, there is weakness. This region's development is poor. Currently it is little developed. Third, Gumi want to reinforce link with the existing center of city. With this, Gumi leads to eco-friendly environment. Our town remarks on red circle. First, upper side of our town, there is small residence town 선산읍(3 schools, 5apartment, 선산 intercity bus terminal). This town was the center of Gumi in the past. There are 20,000 people live. Second, left side of our town, there is선산 IC. (5min by car) Third, right side of our town, there are small industry zone. (테영테크, 고아농공단지, 정산전자, 청우식품, 신성전지정밀) Forth, below side of our town, there is river 감천. And there is biggest residence zone in Gumi. It takes 25~30minutes. Also, there is Gumi city hall and Gumis 1~4 industry complex zone.
